Shipping Policy – Retro Beans

At Retro Beans, every bag of coffee is roasted fresh after you place your order. That means you’re not getting something that’s been sitting on a shelf. You’re getting coffee at its peak.

Because of that, our shipping process is a little different (and worth the wait).

Order Processing Time

All orders are roasted and prepared to order.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Orders are roasted, packed, and prepared in small batches
  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out for delivery.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, typical delivery times are:

  • 2–5 business days within the United States
  • Delivery time depends on your location and carrier operations

In total, most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days from the time it’s placed.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using trusted carriers:

  • USPS (First Class & Priority Mail)
  • UPS Ground (for larger orders)

Shipping method is automatically selected based on the size and weight of your order to ensure the best delivery experience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may initially show as “pre-shipment” while your order is being prepared
  • Updates will appear once the package is picked up by the carrier

Order Changes & Accuracy

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • Any changes must be requested immediately after placing your order
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified

Please double-check your shipping address and product selection before completing your purchase.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (USPS/UPS)
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volumes

We appreciate your patience. Fresh coffee takes a little time, but it’s worth it.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier
  • International orders are not guaranteed and are non-refundable once shipped

Please note that international shipping may be more expensive and can experience additional delays.

We don’t pre-roast and warehouse coffee.

Every order is:

  • Packed specifically for you
