Returns & Replacements Policy – Retro Beans

At Retro Beans, we’re committed to making sure you have a great experience with every order. Because our coffee is roasted fresh and made to order, we handle returns a little differently than typical retail products.

Fresh Coffee Policy

All coffee orders are roasted and shipped fresh. For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on coffee products, and we do not require customers to send products back.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

We handle issues on a case-by-case basis and always aim to make it right quickly.

1. Incorrect Information Provided (Customer Error)

If an order is placed with incorrect details (such as wrong address, product selection, or grind type), we’re happy to help fix it.

  • A replacement order can be placed
  • The cost of the replacement and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer

2. Our Mistake

If we made an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect grind, labeling issue, etc.), we’ve got you covered.

  • We will replace the order at no cost to you
  • Your replacement will be expedited to get to you as quickly as possible

3. Shipping Issues (Carrier or Delivery Problems)

Sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of anyone’s control, such as:

  • Damaged packages
  • Lost or stolen deliveries
  • Orders marked delivered but not received

In these cases:

  • We’ll work with you to determine the best solution
  • This may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement
  • We prioritize keeping you taken care of and satisfied

How Replacements Work

If a replacement is needed:

  • We will process a new order for your replacement item
  • You’ll receive updated tracking information once it ships
  • Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and with as little hassle as possible

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or require products to be shipped back
  • International orders are not guaranteed once shipped
  • Bulk orders are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns or replacements
